That attend UL or any of the universities inLimerick city 15 minutes by car or bus My family and I live and sleep downstairs in the same house. As the house is occupied by several tenants, it is important to have a mature, responsible person staying in the house on a regular basis to help maintain a safe, settled and suitable environment for everyone living there. The person staying in the house would need to be mature, trustworthy and respectful of the other occupants and the family living downstairs. Their presence is important to help provide reassurance and support within the household, particularly given the number of people living in the property.
