Beautiful brand new house with two lovely bedrooms with private access to each room via private doors away from the main house to ensure ultimate privacy. We are a hard working family. Looking for independent people as we work alot and we're not home often and when we are at home we like to relax in our space. You have your own facilities in the room like big shower, walk in wardrobe, fridge, microwave and kettle. No access to main kitchen or anything in the house. The house has underfloor heating and can set your own temperature in your room. Blackout blinds. So we decided to rent few of the rooms in our house. Great WiFi. It is in a beautiful and quiet village with lots of shops around and lovely places to walk. We are 15 minutes to Limerick city by bus with a brilliant bus service. This location is set surrounding an equestrian centre and farm. So you have an option to avail of horse riding lessons if you wish at an extra cost.
