The subject property is well situated on the southern side of the Ballysimon Road, approximately 2.3km from Junction 29 of the M7 and 2.1 km from O’Connell Street. The Ballysimon Road is one of the main industrial and commercial areas serving Limerick City and over the last twenty years a number of bulky goods retailers and car dealerships have started to trade in the area.
