Take the Clones road out of Monaghan for 10 Kms to Smithborough village. Turn left into the estate The Meadows - See Sign. Follow the road downhill and on around to the corner. The house is on the second last on the left - See Larmer Sign. Location: Smithborough is roughly midway between Monaghan Town and Clones on the N54. Nearby villages within 6–7 km (3 or 4 miles away) are Threemilehouse, Scotstown, Ballinode, and Newbliss all within County Monaghan and Roslea in County Fermanagh.
