Take the Clones road out of Monaghan for 10 Kms to Smithborough village. Turn left into the estate The Meadows - See Sign. Follow the road downhill and on around to the corner. The house is on the second last on the left - See Larmer Sign. Location: Smithborough is roughly midway between Monaghan Town and Clones on the N54.
