BEAUTIFUL LIVING SPACES - ONE HISTORIC STONE HAMLET
'Think of Ballilogue as a luxury retreat, small enough for a getaway with friends, but big enough for a family reunion, a wedding, a yoga retreat or even a corporate retreat, given that it’s only 90 minutes from Dublin Airport' - Everett Potter, New York Travel Writer for Forbes USA
THE BALLILOGUE STONE HAMLET
Ballilogue is located in Ireland’s beautiful south Kilkenny countryside close to the pretty village of Inistioge, near the bustling market town of New Ross and Waterford City. A private oasis of calm and elegance, it’s renovated Irish stone houses, beautiful gardens & stylish contemporary spaces are light-filled, architecturally designed interiors. The lovingly restored stone buildings date back to the 1700s and Ballilogue provides the perfect intimate, private setting for family gatherings, corporate events, and celebrations, catering for up to 30 guests at the Old Dairy or for larger gatherings up to 80 guests with the addition of a bespoke marquee on site. In addition, 22 guests can share the luxury accommodation & double-height living spaces at Ballilogue in the modernist houses with beautiful bedrooms using Voya organic toiletries & beautiful Egyptian cotton bed linen. A FAMILY CHRISTMAS AT BALLILOGUE
I had been looking for space at Ballilogue for some of our many visits home to Ireland especially as its so close to Waterford, but it was always full and know I know why! Finally, we were able to stay for a week this past Christmas. The experience was wonderful and Ballilogue was perfect for a large family gathering with its great layout and updated style totally in keeping with the old stone buildings. We had the run of the property and it meant that everyone had their own space with lots of sitting areas and corners to hide away among the Christmas chaos. Having the Dairy to host two dinners was wonderful and made for easier preparation and serving to a large number. Gorgeous Christmas trees adorned each house and the Dairy and really put everyone in the festive mood. The Creative Team was excellent to deal with right from the beginning and having access to the local catering partner was a treat, great ham! Christmas Eve drinks were enjoyed in the Otter Bar and Christmas mass in lovely Inistioge and highly recommend is a visit to Graiguenamanagh and a stop at Mick Doyles Bar.
Our family would have no hesitation in returning to Ballilogue or recommending it to others. I would love to return in the summer and see the gardens in full bloom.
