DescriptionAn idyllic country property set on 25 acres, just metres from Lough Owel
Wattstown is a beautiful renovated cottage set on mature grounds. The property is positioned in a tranquil location in the centre on a 25 acres holding.
The property is approached off an idyllic country road, through a gated entrance with a gravelled driveway lined with mature trees to one side. The stone fronted house was built by the owner's family in 2008/2009 and is nestled into the rolling countryside only metres away from Lough Owel.
The extended accommodation is well laid out and is generous in size with all rooms being of good proportions. It has been built to a high standard to include all space necessary for a young couple looking for extra space or a growing family.
The property is entered through a bright tiled entrance hall with a beautiful stone fireplace and glass double doors leading onto the outdoor patio to the rear of the house. The modern kitchen is spacious, with built in units at floor and eye level, gas hobs, double oven and kitchen island. The utility room leads to a bathroom and a door to rear of the house. The living room features a beautiful open iron fireplace and stunning views over the front garden. The property comprises three large double bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes and countryside views. The family bathroom features a large bath and walk-in shower.
The property has not been lived in since the renovation and so is absent of wear and tear.
