When viewing please park in the spaces on the left at the entrance, beside the Maxol forecourt, and walk to the property from there. Please note that Ardbrae Park was part of a pre-63 development at the former Ardbrae Hotel. Planning requirements were not introduced until 1963. The current modular home has been there since 2002 with no enforcement.
