Description
We usually cook home-cooked meals with a focus on healthy, balanced eating. Our dinners are made with fresh ingredients and include a good mix of meat, fish, vegetables, and carbohydrates to ensure a well-rounded diet. We prioritise nutritious meals and enjoy variety, so there is something different for dinner most nights. As I am Chinese and my children grew up in Ireland, our cooking is a mix of both cultures. Meals often include fusion-style dishes such as stir fries, noodle or rice dishes, alongside more traditional options like roast dinners and classic home-style meals. It’s a nice balance of familiar comfort food and flavourful, wholesome cooking. We have a lovely Labrador who is very friendly, gentle, and well behaved. She’s great with people, calm around the house, and loves company without being overly energetic. She’s a big part of the home and has a very affectionate nature. We also have a cat who is a bit more shy and independent. She tends to keep to herself at first but is very calm and sweet once she gets comfortable. She adds to the relaxed atmosphere of the house and is used to living in a quiet, tidy environment. Both pets are well cared for and are used to being around people, making the house feel warm and homely.
