Welcome to our home! We are a friendly and welcoming family living in a quiet countryside area, and we are pleased to offer a comfortable, well-run homestay environment for students or guests seeking a genuine family-based stay.Our household consists of two adults and our three young children. Family life is central to our home, and while it can be lively at times, we place strong importance on routine, cleanliness, and maintaining a calm, supportive atmosphere. We are mindful of guests’ need for privacy, personal space, and rest, and we make every effort to ensure these needs are respected.Our home is a well-maintained family house designed for shared living. Each guest bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, allowing for privacy and comfort. Guests also have access to shared spaces including a kitchen and dining room. A dedicated fridge is provided exclusively for guests, helping to ensure convenience and personal storage space.Sleeping and study arrangements are suitable for guests who value a quiet and comfortable environment, particularly during evenings and overnight. While this is a family home with young children, we aim to balance everyday family life with a respectful and peaceful living space for guests.The house is very well connected by public transport. A bus stop is located directly outside the front door, with services running towards Carrick-on-Shannon and the Sligo area, while buses in the opposite direction travel towards Dublin, including a direct route to Dublin Airport. A train station is also located nearby (not within walking distance), providing additional travel options.We enjoy welcoming guests from different backgrounds and are happy to offer local knowledge, advice on transport, or general guidance to help guests settle in. At the same time, we fully respect independence and understand that many guests prefer their own routines and space.Our home offers a safe, clean, and respectful environment and is best suited to guests who are comfortable staying in a family household.
