Home in a lovely peaceful, very quiet, safe, leafy suburb 5km South of Dublin City. Super shop, Shopping Centre, buses to City just a few minutes walk. Accommodation is best suited to holiday makers, friends and families welcome, workers/internship/students. Accommodation is not available as a remote working space. Free parking! Wifi 24/7 Dublin airport from 20 min drive via the M50. There is an excellent choice of buses. The F3, S4, 82, 150, 27, 77A, 83/83a/123, 18 bus routes are all between 4 - 13 minutes walk with typical bus journey time to the City approx. 30 mins. The Luas (tram) red line is 25 minutes walk away while the M50 motorway is easily accessible, approx. 7 min. drive. (Red Cow Hotel exit). Great for those who would like to make day trips to other parts of Dublin and the country, North, South, East, West). 1 resident cat, mainly outdoors! Check in time from 3pm and preferably before 8pm. Check out up to 11am on departure day, which is necessary due to cleaning schedule. You are welcome to use the microwave, kettle, toaster and our wonderful Ninja Airfryer! Smoking is fine but never in the house, the back garden only. Thank you! My address must not be used for residency, opening a Bank Account etc or for receiving post/packages. No unbooked visitors at any time during your stay. I can provide washing/drying clothes - (extra cost). Profile pics please for booking! For bookings for accommodation within 7 days before your intended stay 50% payment at time of booking (non refundable) balance on arrival.
