Air-conditioning and heati ng
Heating and cooling is not provided, although sufficient
electric power has been allowed. Pre-installation works
for combined air-conditioning, cooling and heating can
included prior to construction at an extra cost, leaving the
owner to decide at a later date to what extent heating
and cooling is required, based on his actual experience.

on the Projects Plans, and paved verandas.
The property will be connected up for mains water and
drainage, electricity, telephone and satellite television
allowing the purchaser to contact with the relevant

A formal Community of Owners under the Spanish Law

Lights II, III & IV and the future phases to maintain the
buildings in good condition, to preserve their value and to
