Spaces Living Area There is an elegant sitting room with two large comfortable couches and an armchair with foot stool for complete relaxation. There is a tv in this room. There is a long well equipped kitchen with a large island and a breakfast bar opening up into another spacious sitting room with a large L shaped leather sofa where all the family could hang out. There is a large stove here where you could light the fire and snuggle in on a cold evening. There is floor to ceiling glass looking out on the patio and garden and the mountains around you. Off the kitchen is a dining room in a conservatory, this room is full of light. It has an elegant table and chairs for those long chats over some delicious food and wine. Bedrooms This house sleeps six comfortably, it has three bedrooms. The first bedroom on the ground floor is large and has a superking bed and a bathroom ensuite. The first bedroom on the first floor is very large with windows to the front and Rossbeigh beach at the back, it has a queen bed and a bathroom ensuite. Upstairs the third bedroom has a double bed. The beds are cosy and comfortable, with cotton bedding.There is another family bathroom upstairs. Bathrooms There are three bathrooms in this home. Rossbeigh beach is a lovely long sandy beach ideal for a swim, a long walk or a pony trek with Dingle bay in front of you and the mountains of the Dingle peninsula and the Iveragh peninsula either side of the bay. You can walk the front beach on Dingle bay or the quieter back beach, each with it’s own spectacular views. Glenbeigh is in the Kerry ‘Reeks District’, an area of outstanding beauty with the highest mountain in Ireland, Carrantuohil, and the majestic Macgillycuddy Reeks mountain range. The perfect place to experience the beauty of the outdoors with climbing, hill walking, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, cycling and surfing on your doorstep The cute village of Glenbeigh is five minutes drive away, it has the fantastic Emilie’s, a bakery with great bread and cakes and a restaurant that has the most delicious sourdough pizzas as well as lots of other great food. Glenbeigh also has a lively pub and two hotels that are great for eating and drinking. There is also a shop for all your groceries and a great butcher’s counter. There are also exceptionally good restaurants in Killorglin, which is a fifteen minute drive, including the new Kingdom 1795 which is on its way to Michelin recognition and the cosy Bianconi. Killorglin also has a great fresh fish shop and delicatessen with local artisan foods This is a fantastic location to tour the breathtaking scenery of the Ring of Kerry route around the Iveragh Peninsula, or head over to the Dingle peninsula and take the Slea Head drive. If you want to get active try the big 5 guided adventures of the Reeks district, climb Ireland’s highest mountain, kayak the length of Caragh Lake, Surf Inch Beach, cycle the Ring of the Reeks or stand up paddle board on Cloon Lake.
