A 2 minute drive from the holiday home will bring you into the centre of Kerrykeel. The village of Kerrykeel is centrally situated on the Fanad Peninsula. This beautiful peninsula stretches north from the village of Milford via Kerrykeel to Fanad Head and back down to the quaint Georgian village of Ramelton via Portsalon and Rathmullan. It has some of the most remarkable cliff scenery in Ireland. The peninsula has numerous bays, glorious beaches, rolling hills and numerous small lakes. On the eastern shores of the peninsula the renowned Knockalla coast road offers a spectacular drive overlooking Lough Swilly and the Inishowen hills.
The new Mulroy Bridge located 18km north of Kerrykeel links the Fanad and Rosguill Peninsulas. It provides visitors to the holiday home with a very scenic route to access attractions such as the Atlantic Drive, Rosapenna golf Club, Ards Forest Park and the spectacular Horn Head.
An 8 km drive from Mulroy Bay View will bring you to the holiday village of Portsalon where you will find a wonderful blue flag beach and a top class golf course. At the village harbour there is a water sports centre where kayaks, pedal boats, wetsuits and boogie boards can be hired
