This cottage is located along the geographical and historic splendour of Crohy Head and resides in an idyllic area known as Falmore. The name Falmore was derived from the Gaelic words ‘Aill Mhor’, which translates directly into ‘Big cliffs’.
The entrance hallway with its cast iron staircase and knotty pine flooring confirms that the emphasis is on high quality furnishings. This leads onto the open plan Lounge, dining room & kitchen which features the spectacular focal point of a central open fireplace. Each of the bedrooms are En-suite and are thoughtfully decorated with the finest pine furnishings for your comfort.
Located in a secure, quiet location this cottage is ideally suited to families, adventurer's or to people just wanting to 'get away from it all'. The village of Maghery is 1mile away where you can enjoy the convenience of the pub and shop. The town of Dungloe is 5 miles away. The location is also an ideal base for fishing, golfing, walking or touring Donegal.
Golfers have a choice of courses at Cruit Island, Gweedore and Portnoo.
Dungloe is the main town located 10 minutes drive from Crohy Cottage. This is a popular shopping and socialising centre for the people of The Rosses. Every year thousands of people from all over the world flock to the famous Mary from Dungloe festival.
