The holiday home is located on an elevated site and enjoys superb panoramic views of Mulroy Bay and the beautiful Fanad Peninsula.
The holiday home has top class accommodation for 8 - 10 people. There are 4 roomy bedrooms - 2 of which are ensuite. The bright and spacious living room and beautiful conservatory style dining room are both to the front of the house. From both rooms you can enjoy the superb panoramic vista outside.
The Rosguill Peninsual
The village of Carrigart - and the nearby village of Downings - are popular seaside resorts with lively pubs and good restaurants. Carrigart is situated on the beautiful Rosguill Peninsula. The natural landscape of this peninsula provides the basis for many of the activities that the visitor can enjoy. In addition to an abundance of golden sandy beaches there are many water based activities in the Carrigart/Downings area - including windsurfing, deep sea diving, sea angling and boat charters. Within 5 km of the holiday home there are two superb championship golf links at Rosapenna - the Old Tom Morris Course and the recently opened Sandy Hills Course. With the opening of the new Mulroy Bridge the wonderful Portsalon golf links at Portsalon is now only 20 minutes away. A 30 minute drive will bring you to the ever popular Dunfanaghy Golf Link
Within a thirty minute drive of the holiday home there are numerous things to do and places to visit. You have the majestic Glenveagh National Park and the beautiful Ards Forest Park. The lakeside centre in Dunlewy has something for all the family. In Dunfanaghy there is a workhouse famine museum. Churchill has the famous Glebe House & Gallery as well as the Colmcille Heritage Centre. Letterkenny has all the amenities you would expect to find in a large town - cinemas, museum, theatre, leisure centres, art galleries and excellent shopping. Tory Island and the ancient walled city of Derry are highly recommended day trips.
