The Coach Houses, Low Road, Scilly, Kinsale, County Cork

Description

Sheehy Brothers is delighted to bring to the market this development opportunity in the heart of Scilly set in Kinsale`s magnificent harbour. Dating back to 1839, the two stone coach houses are in need of full renovation and with the large garden space to the rear of both buildings represents an ideal project for someone wishing to create a property steeped with history, character and space in one of Kinsale`s most sought-after locations. The two coach houses have garage doors to the front on the Low Road and a side door at the gable opens to where there is a staircase leading to the first floor which had been used as living accommodation decades ago. The properties, which are for sale "as is" offer endless potential and an exciting opportunity for a new owner to develop a character-filled home in a remarkable coastal setting, just steps from the waterfront and with views to the east and south. Land Registry Folio number: CK26830L.
