You are a 5-minute drive into the Cobh where you have all the local amenities. Woodhaven is a 4 bedroom/ 2 bathroom detached dormer bungalow on ½ an acre overlooking the Harbour hence south facing. It measures 1400 Sq. Ft and has a BER rate of C2. Features include Oil central heating, fireplace with a back boiler, PVC double glazed windows and doors, septic tank regularly serviced and a well. Who do I see buying Woodhaven – an array of people, it is an ideal house for a family has there is plenty of room for the house to grow with you hence room to extend if you wished and also ideal for the person who just wants to look at the view and experience the way of life in Glenmore.
