Take the M1 direction South , take exit for Balbriggan follow signs for Balbriggan , taking R122 at roundabout take the second exit follow ring road L1360, come straight through next two roundabouts . At roundabout at church there is a large sign for Castleland Park , follow this road and you will come to another roundabout take 2nd exit into Castleland Park , take next turn left and left again and property is on right hand side
