Bedroom 2 – €950/month Similar fully furnished double bedroom, but slightly smaller than Bedroom 1, with modern double bed, new mattress and built-in wardrobe. All household bills (electricity, gas, high-speed fibre broadband, bin) will be extra based on shared basis. Separate Facilities for Tenants The two tenants will have their own newly renovated modern bathroom and a completely separate, newly fitted kitchen, not shared with the owner. The tenants’ newly built kitchen has modern glossy cabinets and brand-new appliances, including: • Large fridge/freezer • Induction hob and oven • Dishwasher • Washer-dryer There is also a generous shared living room with a brand-new sofa. Location & Transport Excellent location with convenient access to Maynooth University, Liffey Valley, Intel and HP by public transport. Leixlip Confey train station is approximately a 10-minute walk, with trains to: • Maynooth – approximately 12 minutes • Dublin Connolly – approximately 35 minutes Availability & Requirements Available from 1 November 2026 for approximately 10 months.
