Room in Friendly Irish Shared House – Close to City Center A furnished room is becoming available in our relaxed Irish shared flat, because one of our current flatmates is moving in with his girlfriend. We are now looking for someone friendly who would like to join our home. The room includes a comfortable double bed and offers a cozy space to relax. The bathroom is shared. Our house also has several common areas including a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and a small office space that is perfect for studying or working from home. About us: We are two Irish guys, 25 and 26 years old, both working in finance in Dublin. During the week we’re usually busy with work, and in our free time we enjoy playing Gaelic football and watching sports together. We like to keep a friendly and relaxed atmosphere at home, where everyone feels comfortable but also has their own space. Since we are a shared house and not a host family, you are also welcome to have visitors. Great location: - Bus stop only 50 meters from the house - 7 minutes by bus to the city center - 12 minutes by bus to Trinity College / 30–40 minutes by DART (train) to UCD (no transfer needed)/ 20 minutes by bus to DCU campus - Lidl and Aldi within 500 m walking distance - A park directly in front of the house Rent: - 900 € rent - +30 € per month for electricity, gas and WiFi The room is available from April 1st, 2026 The room would be ideal for a student or looking for a friendly and relaxed shared home in Dublin.
