Hi I live with my son in Walkinstown and I already rent out the front room to a student. I have an attic room available to rent that has been recently renovated. The house is almost 9k from Trinity College and almost 13k from University College Dublin with good bus routes to each. I myself cycled to Trinity College which is approx 30min cycle each way.
