Hello all!I'm Rita, I live in Ballyfermot which is a lovely, central Dublin suburb.I am home most of the time, as are my two friendly cats (they have their own area in the back of the house so they won't bother guests). This is a friendly and welcoming environment. The location is wonderful and very well served by public transport with a Luas (tram) stop just 10 minutes away and a bus stop just 2 minutes away.Heuston Train Station is a 15-minute walk away or 5 minutes away by bus.The Luas will take you to Dublin City Centre in 20 minutes, and the bus will take you to town in 25 minutes. So this is the perfect location for students, as we are close to Trinity College Dublin (TCD), and to many DIT campuses also in the city, as well as the numerous language schools in the city.A walk to the city centre takes about 40 minutes, there is a lovely new walkway along the river Liffey that you can follow that will lead you all the way to the city.Ballyfermot has plenty of facilities to offer, there is a gym, swimming pool, shopping centre, and cinema close-by.Chapelizod Village is close-by also, it has plenty of character and is a lovely place to visit. We are a 10-minute walk away from Phoenix Park which is a beautiful place to visit. There are plenty of deer that roam the park freely, as well as Dublin Zoo which is located in one corner of the park. The President of Ireland lives in Ãras an Uachtaráin which is housed in Phoenix Park also. The rooms that I have to offer have TVs with sky channels, wardrobes and broadband too of course! The garden has a deck with and chairs where you can sit back and relax when the weather permits.I would love to hear from you and welcome you into my home!
