4 bedroom semi detached house in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood in Bettystown. 15 minute walk to the beach. Less than 10 minute walk to bus stops into Dublin and Drogheda. The town centre, Tesco, Lidl, gym, pubs, restaurants, and coffee shops are a 15 minute walk. Double room with built in wardrobes and a private bathroom (on occasion this is shared with other students but notice will be given and a professional cleaner will be provided) Single room with built in wardrobes available also at a lower rate. The kitchen was renovated last year. We are very clean working in our 30’s, We are quiet in the house after 10pm. House is spacious, welcoming and warm. We also have two friendly cats.
