Our family friendly Holiday-home borders close to three counties Co. Wexford, Co. Wicklow and Co Carlow. Our welcoming house has 4 double bedrooms ( one of them ensuite ), main bathroom, inviting kitchen, conservatory , spacious living room that opens into a cosy sunroom, covered porch, a large deck to enjoy beautiful sunsets and over 3/4 hectare of beautiful garden. The home will appeal to those who seek peace, quiet, tranquillity & picturesque landscapes (ideal if you are wishing to escape from the stress of modern day living).Here, we live my Irish wife and myself from Barcelona...and we speak your language !. Located in the green countryside, the house is just few minutes walk from Bunclody town centre, the bus stops amenities, restaurants and shops.There are a lot of activities available such as hiking ( The famous Wicklow Way end pretty near the property ), hillwalking ( The Mount Leinster, which it has been used in stages of the Tour of Ireland),cycling, fishing (River Slaney), playing golf ( The South East of Ireland is a golfers paradise and Bunclody town has one of the best golf clubs) or discovering the historical towns of Wexford (land of JFK Family ), Enniscorthy ( with its famous norman castle ),Carlow ( with its famous Brownshill Dolmen-5000 years old & has the largest capstone in Europe-. ) or the medieval town of Kilkenny ( with its famous Cathedral & Round Tower and its well-known beer ).Our family friendly Holiday-home is surrounded by the amazingly beautiful Mount Leinster views, the stunning landscape,the river Slaney, a heartbeat away from the beaches of the historical county Wexford and just over an hour drive from Dublin.The stay in our house provides its guests a unique experience, meet and fall in love with the real Ireland....and be up for the challenge of lifting the giant leaves up !! Traditionally the Wicklow Way is walked from north to south, beginning at Marlay Park in South Dublin and ending in Clonegal, Co. Carlow. The Wicklow Way can be completed on day trips, covering sections. The Picturesque Mount Leinster is the highest mountain in the province of Leinster, Ireland and is the highest of the Blackstairs Mountains at 796 metres (2,605 ft). The mountain is most often climbed from the Nine Stones, a landmark point at the foot of Mount Leinster, about 8 miles east of Borris. Mt Leinster is a internationally renowned location as well as being a multi-directional site for both hang-gliding and para-gliding during the months of March to October.Mt.
