Located adjoining the heart of the lovely country village of Shinrone, Co.Offaly and directly behind Ealga Lodge Nursing Home, the house is available to rent partially furnished. There are 24 houses in the complex in total - set out in four blocks - in a courtyard fashion. There is no throughway for cars, so the courtyard is quiet and it is lit up from dusk to dawn. Services include gas fired central heating system (supplied by Calor Gas) - the occupant will receive regular bills from Calor Gas, based on their usage. Waste disposal is the responsibility of the occupant. For the safety of all residents there is a STRICT NO-SMOKING POLICY in these houses.
