WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Designated parking space, ground floor accommodation, ground floor bedroom, smoke free, seaside, wifi/broadband, dog friendly. Shared courtyard with furniture. Shared private beach 500 yards. Shared picnic area, dog exercise field, playground. Two well-behaved dogs welcome at a charge of £15 per dog, more upon request. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Due to size of the cottage, this property is not suitable for infants. Note: The property is not suitable for large dogs. Note: Check-in time 4pm. This property requires a Good Housekeeping Bond of £100. Note: The owners do have Wi-fi in the cottages, however being in a secluded spot, the wi-fi speed is much slower, which means streaming etc can be difficult Sending and receiving emails and messages is fine as well as internet browsing They are continuously investing in top of the range boosters to improve this but sometimes guests may experience intermittency This is beyond their control. Please note: Between 1st April - 30th September, this owner can only accommodate bookings on Friday changeovers.
