The petit kitchen has all the necessities for a quick meal, and we couldn’t wait to snuggle down in the huge soft bed after a busy day exploring. Speaking of exploring, you’re on a working farm here and your hosts are more than willing to show you around and a few country walks are on the cards with an Iron Age fort just next door. The cities of Bath and Bristol are only half an hour’s drive away, the perfect distance for a day trip. Home truths: *The garden is shared so you may spot guests in other cottages and apartments out your window *There’s no outdoor cover in the garden in case of rain *The beautiful rural location does mean we recommend you bring a car *While the home does not have a standard freezer, there is a small freezer box *As this home is in a rural location, the television signal can be patchy *Situated on a working farm, you may hear some animal and machinery noise *The kitchen is compact and there’s not a lot of counter space .
