Description

(Reference number: 581006) This contemporary villa in Monsummano Terme is perfect for a large group of family or friends seeking a little serenity during an Italian break. Chic and kitted out with everything needed for a comfortable stay, this home has the added bonus of a private spa, complete with a hydromassage pool, heated beds, sauna and sensory showers – what better way to unwind? If you can tear yourself away from the indoor space, the outdoors is just as special, where sun-kissed terraces and a private pool await. And when you're ready to explore, Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Pistoia, San Gimignano, Vinci and Siena are a stone’s throw away. Home truths: *While not all bathrooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home. *If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance. *The swimming pool, open from 1st April until 30th November, isn't fenced and there are open-tread stairs here. If you're bringing children, they'll need to be supervised at all times. *Well-behaved dogs are welcome to accompany you with prior approval from your host. *We recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. On-site parking is available for two cars here. Thinking of selling? We have the right buyers if you have the right property.
