The shore is located at the bottom of the backyard, with a canoe for you to embark on adventures down the river. Home truths: *At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. *This house is not suitable for children aged under two. *Well-behaved dogs are welcome, upon prior consent from the host. *Due to the location, we recommend hiring a car. There is free parking for up to two cars on the driveway. *The river beach is at the end of the backyard and is unfenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised. *You might find that the phone signal is patchy – a landline is available. *There is a canoe and two kayaks that you're welcome to use during your stay.
