Home truths: *One well-behaved non-shedding dog under 40lbs is welcome to join you. *There’s free parking for up to five cars and an EV charger at this home. You’ll have access to a boat ramp two blocks away. This home has a floating dock where you can dock your boat or jet ski. *Your host provides three kayaks, one paddleboard, and four beach cruiser bikes for your use. *There’s a desk here for those working remotely during their stay. *Your host kindly asks you to respect the quiet hours from 10pm-7am. They also ask you not to eat or drink in the bedrooms. *There are stairs to climb at this home so it may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility. *The minimum booking age for this home is 30. .
