Description

(Reference number: 511608) Calling all those in thrall to the sea – this stone villa will have you falling head over heels. Not only is it just 150 metres from the nearest beach on Brač's southern coastline, but there's a glorious view of the Adriatic Sea from the terrace, which you can take in while enjoying a dip in the swimming pool or an alfresco meal on the verandah. The interior design doesn't attempt to compete with these stunning surroundings – a wise decision, we feel – but the home has been put together well nevertheless and you won't be disappointed when you eventually have to head inside. Home truths: *There's private parking available on the premises *The home is spread over two floors, but there's a bedroom and bathroom on the ground level *Towels and bed linen are changed every seven days, while a villa manager and concierge service are included in the price *Though there isn't a dedicated desk here, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace *Your host can provide a cot for free upon request . Thinking of selling? We have the right buyers if you have the right property. Five Star International - Targeted global audience Tel: +353 (0)1 566 8494 Email: admin@fivestar.ie
