Description(Reference number: 79204)
Rustic charm meets eclectic taste in this gorgeous home. You'll feel a little like Alice in Wonderland as you walk around the rooms - things seem to get curiouser and curiouser (in the best way possible, of course). A former coach house, the home has high vaulted ceilings with wooden beams and exposed brick walls, and a cosy fire in the living room is perfect to gather round on chilly evenings. But it's the owner's personal treasures that make this stay truly exceptional, with objects collected from travels in Asia including vintage artwork and a horse's muzzle. Out in the garden and things stay very Lewis Carroll - we love the candy-floss wisteria and bluebell woodland for a leisurely stroll. There's also a swimming pool and a tennis court, plus a Par 3 golf hole, an outdoor fire pit, a boules court and a football field. The location is fantastic too - Lacock is a picturesque National Trust village, and is often used as a filming location. It has a host of cafes, delis and pubs are all nearby, and further down the road you’ll find Lacock Abbey, Bath, Chippenham and Castle Combe.
