Sorry, no pets and no smoking. In 1.6 miles there is a shop and 0.2 miles, a pub. The Coach House is a lovely base for exploring Lincolnshire. Note: Outdoor pool available May to September, has no lifeguard, please request no less than a week prior to your arrival, plus charge of 200 GBP & weather may affect temperature. Note: Zip/link beds need a week's notice. Note: Commercial bookings need owner agreement, contact Sykes, owner has right to decline. Note: No stag/hen dos. Note: There is a GHB of 500 GBP.
