Home truths: *The fireplace in the sitting room is ornamental *This home is on the third floor, with no lift – this may not suit those with limited mobility *The bed in the second bedroom is a Japanese-style futon on a tatami mat – it is lower to the ground than most beds *There's no A/C here – though your host can provide fans between June and September, and outside of these months upon request *This home is in a central spot, so noise is to be expected *You'll share an entrance here – you may notice some signs of wear and tear in the hallway *Scaffolding is up next door.
