This cottage sleeps nine people in four bedrooms, consisting of two ground floor doubles, one of which has an en-suite shower, a first floor double and a first floor family room with three single beds. The cottage also has a ground floor bathroom and first floor shower room, along with a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with open fire. Outside there's off road parking for two cars, roadside parking and lawned gardens. Springwood Cottage is a lovely base for exploring this part of the Emerald Isle.

Area
Louisburgh is a small town in County Mayo, surrounded by rural scenary, with three Blue Flag beaches, along with being close to Sheaffrey and Mweelrea Mountains. You may wish to take a ferry from Roonagh Pier to Clare Island, or maybe enjoy the traditional Féile Chois Cuain, a May Bank Holiday music festival.

The West of Ireland conjures up many images; thatched, whitewashed cottages, a flock of sheep on a narrow road, an emerald green field with a stone wall, or the Atlantic waves crashing into towering cliffs and rocky shores.
