Home truths: * At full occupancy, two people will sleep on the sofa bed in the loft area, where there's also a double-over-double bunk bed that can sleep four. This is a communal area rather than a dedicated bedroom. * Bedroom three has two double-over-double bunk beds that can sleep up to eight people in total. We think this room works best for children. * You'll have dedicated parking for four vehicles – two in the garage and two in the driveway. * The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. .
