Home truths: *Children over five years of age are welcome. *There are six seats at the table on the front terrace, but the back patio is quite small so the table only seats two. *The roll-top bath has a shower attachment. *Please note, the house is built on the hillside and there are a number of stairs in the property. The stairs to the second floor are narrow and steep. *There is no parking at the property and the road outside is steep and narrow. One reserved parking space is provided on Park Road which is a ten-minute minute walk away. Alternatively, parking is also available in Fowey's main pay and display car park which is a five-minute walk from the property. . Thinking of selling?
