The property consists of 5 lavish bedrooms with furniture imported from 'Oka Furniture Store' in Chelsea, London. If sleeping more than 16 guests, there is an extra charge of €50 per person per night and extra beds will be arranged to be brought in. The property can cater for a maximum of 22 guests. This spacious property has a fully equipped modern kitchen/dining area. If you would like to avail of a caterer to come in and cook or bring your breakfast, lunch or dinner then that can also be arranged. •No smoking. •No pets. •We do not currently allow stag parties. •We do accept hen parties, please let us know in advance. •We have an agreement with our neighbours that the outside gazebo and children's facilities won't be used past 10 pm for noise reasons. •You must be 25 years of age or older to hire this property.
