Here, you are within easy reach of the stunning Jurassic Coast in Dorset and just a short drive to the cathedral city of Exeter, making it the perfect base for exploring both beautiful counties.

Ground Floor: Open plan Lounge/Kitchen/ Dining Area. Cloakroom with WC and washbasin. Bedroom 1 with zip and link twin beds, which can be made up as a 6ft double bed. Bedroom 2 with bunk beds (4' double on bottom). Bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and WC.
