Description

(Reference number: 591112) This showstopper of a home is a great choice for a group getaway. Standing on a hill with panoramic views across the Marecchia Valley and the Rocca di San Leo, you’ll really feel like you’ve got away from it all here. With a private pool, two hot tubs, and a cinema, there’s plenty to keep you entertained. And the former winery offers the perfect place for a communal meal or social event. With all that on offer, there’s really no need to leave, but if you do feel like venturing out, you’re just a ten-minute drive from the beautiful, medieval village of San Leo. Home truths: *This home comprises the main house and an annexe, rented as one. *While one of the bedrooms and four of the bathrooms aren't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home. *One of the double bedrooms has a small double bed. *One of the bedrooms has an integrated shower, so privacy is limited. *Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay. *The swimming pool is available to use from mid-May to mid-September. If you'd like to use the pool outside of this period, please get in touch with your host. The hot tub is available all year. *Upon request, your host can provide a free cot and a high chair that attaches to the dining table. *This home doesn’t have a hairdryer, so you might want to bring your own. *An early check-in may be available, with prior approval from your host. *We recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free on-site parking for seventeen cars here. Thinking of selling? We have the right buyers if you have the right property.
