Description

(Reference number: 162551) Perched on a hillside above Kissamos, this villa faces the Aegean with an uninterrupted sweep of sea and mountain that you feel from the moment you step outside. Five bedrooms each have their own balcony looking out over that same horizon, while the fifty-square-metre pool sits at the centre of a terrace made for long afternoons in the sun. Evenings are best spent under the pergola, where dinner stretches late as the groves fade into the hills. Balos Lagoon – with its extraordinary turquoise shallows – is a thirty-minute drive when the mood calls for an adventure. Home truths: * You're in a rural hillside setting, so you'll want a car to reach the nearest beaches, restaurants, and shops with ease. There are two parking spaces at the villa. * While this home can accommodate one additional guest on a sofa bed in the living space, the maximum occupancy is 10 guests. * Bedroom one on the ground floor has direct access to the outdoor areas, which means that there's less privacy here than other rooms. * You'll have access to the on-site gym here, which is shared with other villas on the site. . Thinking of selling? We have the right buyers if you have the right property. Five Star International - Targeted global audience Tel: +353 (0)1 566 8494 Email: admin@fivestar.ie
