Fuel, power and a starter pack of logs for woodburner inc. in rent. Logs can be purchased at the farm shop. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Lakeside patio with jetty and furniture. Shared use of estate grounds and facilities 40 mins walk, inc. indoor heated swimming pool, table tennis room (please bring your own racquets and balls), children's play area, 2.5-acre trout fishing lake. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 5.3 miles, pubs 2 miles. Water from private supply, fed from freshwater lake. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking Graythwaite Adventure in advance. Graythwaite fishery is free for all guests and equipment can be hired locally, a small fee is applicable to keep your catch, rod fishing license required. Mobile reception at this cottage is generally good. Please Note: This property is accessed via a half mile woodland track, not suitable for low-profile cars. Please Note: This property has a £500 Good Housekeeping Bond. Please note the swimming pool will be unavailable until the 30th of April 2025. We do have good news for those of you who were hoping to go swimming. You will be able to use the Lakeside Hotel & Spa. This is 2 miles from the Estate and you will pass it coming from the southerly Newby Bridge direction. The following information / conditions are in place: The Pool and Gym is open from 7am -7pm daily with towels provided. The pool is 17m long and 1.4m deep in the main area with a sloped beach effect as you enter from the steps. At the poolside there is a Jacuzzi, Steam Room and Sauna, which you are also able to use. There will be a limit of up to 8 guests at any one time and the time slot is for a maximum of 1 1/2 hours.
