(Reference number: 163320)
Right on the Gulf of Mexico, this house makes the most of its spectacular setting, with 180-degree views of the water and Draper Lake from balconies and a wraparound porch. Three levels of outdoor space mean plenty of opportunities to bask in the Florida breeze. It's a serious base for a large group, with private bedroom suites, a secondary living area, and dining space for alfresco meals as the sun goes down. Six bikes are on hand for riding the 30A trail network, and the heated community pool is close by for slower afternoons.
Home truths:
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on bunk beds in the hallway. The space is tight, so they're only suitable for children.
* You'll have access to the resort's outdoor swimming pool here. It's shared with other residents and is only heated in spring and autumn.
* You'll have parking for three vehicles here. Six bikes are also provided to explore the area without a car.
* Between May and October, sea turtles nest on the beach directly in front of the home. You'll need to keep balcony and porch lights off at night, close your blinds facing the Gulf after dark, and use only red-filtered torches on the beach – it's a wonderful piece of local wildlife to be part of protecting.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
