Description

(Reference number: 164230) Light is a constant companion in this Malasaña apartment – it pours through the Juliet balcony into a bright living room, and settles warmly over the dining area come afternoon. The bedroom is calm and carefully put together, making it easy to wind down after a day in the city. A shared pool in the building is a rarity this close to central Madrid. Step outside and you're in one of the capital's most characterful barrios, with street art, independent cafes, and Tribunal and Noviciado metro stations all close at hand. Home truths: * This host requires your check-in to be within 3-5 days from when the last booking ends. If you are unsure if your dates will work or need help finding alternatives, please contact our Matchmaking Team. * The communal pool may have set hours and isn't guaranteed to be open year-round – worth checking with your host before you arrive. * Your host regularly refreshes the interiors of this home so it may look a little different from the pictures when you arrive. Thinking of selling? We have the right buyers if you have the right property. Five Star International - Targeted global audience Tel: +353 (0)1 566 8494 Email: admin@fivestar.ie
