Description

(Reference number: 162677) Right on the Gulf in Grayton Beach, this multi-storey house is built around the water in front of it. The reverse floor plan puts the main living and dining area at the top, so you're cooking and eating with an uninterrupted stretch of emerald water filling the glass. Three Gulf-facing decks give you plenty of room to spread out above the shoreline, and the private pool with spillover spa sits just steps from the sand. Evenings in are covered too – a first-floor games room and a bunk room make this equally suited to big groups. Home truths: * There is active construction near the home – worth bearing in mind if you're sensitive to daytime noise. * One of the bedrooms has both a single-over-single and single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to five people in total – we think this room might be best suited to children. * You'll have on-site parking for three cars at the house. * The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. Thinking of selling? We have the right buyers if you have the right property. Five Star International - Targeted global audience Tel: +353 (0)1 566 8494 Email: admin@fivestar.ie
