Description

(Reference number: 538398) Situated in the quiet area of Gennadi in South Rhodes – this paired-back villa is ideal for families looking to soak up some Greek sun. While the design of the home isn’t the most exciting, everything is functional and clean, but you’ll likely spend most of your time outside. Complete with a shaded outdoor dining area, barbecue, private swimming pool, and a balcony. You’re away from the hustle and bustle here – nearby you’ll find an almost private pebbled beach to spend your days relaxing. Ideal for those hoping to enjoy some laid-back Greek living – there are plenty of authentic tavernas, cafes, and bakeries in the town centre. Home truths: *At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area. *The bedroom curtains here don't fully block out the sunlight. If you're hoping to enjoy a lie-in, you might want to pack an eye mask. *If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance. *The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times. *As with most homes in Greece, toilet paper can't be flushed. Please use the sanitary bin provided. *Due to this home's remote location, you might find that the phone signal is patchy from time to time. *There’s free parking for up to two cars on the driveway. . Thinking of selling? We have the right buyers if you have the right property. Five Star International - Targeted global audience Tel: +353 (0)1 566 8494 Email: admin@fivestar.ie
