And with the beach a ten-minute walk away, sandy sunset strolls are just another perk of island life. Home truths: *At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. *As is common on Kent Island, the tap water here comes from a well. Bottled water is recommended for drinking and cooking. *If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance. *The swimming pool is only available for use between April and October. While this home is on the waterfront, swimming in the creek is not recommended. *Guests have access to all areas of the home, apart from the garage and two upstairs closets. *Well-behaved dogs under 22kg are welcome to join you upon request. *Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
