Note: Cottage is next to a smallholding with cockerels, ducks and geese, which can be noisy in the early morning and when feeding. Note: Some road noise may be heard outside at peak times of the day. Note: An optional privacy screen is available for the mezzanine balcony. Note: Children over the age of 10 or babes-in-arms only. Please note: owner can offer use of her washer/dryer for bookings of longer than a week.
