Description

(Reference number: 511235) Perched on the coast at Greatstone, this modern beach house makes for a luxurious family getaway. This contemporary home is designed with entertaining in mind – with plenty of open-plan communal spaces. We love the cinema room, complete with a sofa big enough for all the family to get cosy. Socialising continues outdoors – equipped with a bar, barbecue, and pizza oven – the terrace is definitely the place to be. The garden comes with direct access to the sandy coastline via the dunes, so you'll have exclusive access to the quiet part of the beach – what's not to love? Home truths: *While the home can sleep fifteen people, the maximum occupancy is thirteen adults and two children – one child will sleep on a pull-out bed *Not all the bathrooms are photographed, but we expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home*This home is spread over three floors and lacks a lift*Your host can provide a free cot and high chair upon request*There’s free parking for up to five cars on the driveway and an electric vehicle charging point*Your host kindly requests that you respect the quiet hours from 11pm-9am*Stag parties and groups aged under 30 are not permitted*There are external CCTV cameras*Some rooms can be a tad chilly*The window treatments in the upper bedroom don't fully block out the sunlight – if you're hoping to enjoy a lie-in, you might want to pack an eye mask . Thinking of selling? We have the right buyers if you have the right property. Five Star International - Targeted global audience Tel: +353 (0)1 566 8494 Email: admin@fivestar.ie
