Area Newnham, or Newnham-on-Severn, is a bustling village found in the county of Gloucestershire, resting on the banks of the River Severn. Enjoying sloping streets and some steep inclines the village overlooks the estuary and is home to a host of amenities including a general store, two pubs, a farm shop and a Post Office, so all you need is at hand. Cyclists will love the hills and climbs of this area, while there is a steam train along the Severn for more relaxed sightseeing.
